PerksBy is built around helping businesses build relationships with their customers — not exploiting those relationships.

Security Is Part of the Product

We use security practices appropriate to the services we provide and continue to improve them as PerksBy grows.

When a customer joins a loyalty program operated by a PerksBy business customer, that business may determine what information it collects, how its loyalty program operates, and how it communicates with its customers.

PerksBy provides the technology that helps businesses manage that experience.

Businesses using PerksBy are responsible for using customer information appropriately and complying with the privacy requirements that apply to their business.

That’s not the relationship we want with our customers.
