As small business owners running a mobile coffee shop, we’ve learned a lot from the people who visit us, from first-time customers discovering us to loyal customers who keep coming back and supporting us.

Those relationships are one of the most rewarding parts of running a small business.

We looked at existing loyalty programs and found that many were designed with larger businesses in mind.

They could be expensive, complicated, require additional hardware, or depend heavily on POS integrations.

For a small business, every expense matters. So instead of waiting for a solution that worked for us, we decided to build one.

We’re using it ourselves.

Meet The Founder

Kishore brings over 34 years of experience in IT, technology adoption, and innovation. From punch cards and basic programming in the 1980s to CAD automation in the 1990s and AI today, his passion has always been to design, build, test, and improve solutions that create real value for businesses and customers.

As one of the founders of GREATKUP COFFEE, a mobile coffee business launched in 2020 serving 100% Arabica coffee made with beans sourced from South India, roasted in small batches in Northeast Ohio and marketed under a speciality coffee brand named DAKSHIN COFFEES

Kishore understands the real world challenges of running a small business. Those experiences inspired him to create PerksBy, a simple, practical loyalty platform designed specifically for small businesses.

A lifelong DIY enthusiast, Kishore enjoys turning ideas into working solutions and continuously exploring new technologies. When he is not building or programming something new, you will likely find him enjoying a long, winding road trip.
